of <h1>Finance Bill 2013 Amendment: Export Warehoused Goods Without Import Duty Under Customs Act Section 69, Clause 64</h1> Clause 64 of the Finance Bill, 2013 proposes an amendment to section 69 of the Customs Act. It seeks to replace clause (a) of sub-section (1) to allow warehoused goods to be exported without paying import duty. This is contingent upon the presentation of a shipping bill, a bill of export in the prescribed form, or a label or declaration accompanying the goods as referred to in section 82.
