Non-discriminatory anti-dumping duties apply to dumped imports causing domestic injury, excluding sources covered by accepted price undertakings.

Anti-dumping and provisional duties must be imposed on a non-discriminatory basis and apply to all imports of dumped articles, regardless of source, where the articles are found dumped and, where applicable, cause injury to the domestic industry. Imports from sources whose price undertakings have been accepted are excluded.
