Saving provision preserves Advocate-General and Official Trustee authority over vesting of property for charitable purposes. The provision preserves the Advocate-General's authority to act in relation to charities and preserves the operation of the statute concerning the Official Trustee, so nothing in the Act shall be construed to impair those authorities or the vesting of property in an Official Trustee for charitable purposes.
