Transfer of property: central government may direct vesting from one treasurer to another, creating full vesting for Act purposes.

Central Government may direct that property vested in one Treasurer of Charitable Endowments be vested in another Treasurer; upon that direction the property vests in the designated Treasurer and his successors as fully and effectually for the purposes of this Act as if it had been originally vested in him under the Act.
