Publication of vested properties ensures public transparency by requiring Gazette notice of assets and account abstracts. A Treasurer must publish in the Official Gazette, as directed by the appropriate Government, a list of all properties vested in him under the Act and an abstract of all accounts kept by him under the preceding subsection, as an annual transparency measure.
