of <h1>Perfumed agarbatti 8-9 inch export norms revised: SION A1766 now allows 1.02 unperfumed raw sticks per export</h1> Revises SION entry A1766 under Chemical & Allied Products to prescribe an input-output norm specifically for 'Perfumed Agarbatti of Relevant Sizes (8' or 9')' by fixing the export product unit at 1 number and permitting import entitlement of 'Unperfumed Raw Agarbatti of Relevant Size (8' or 9')' at 1.02 numbers. This substitution replaces the earlier A1766 norm for 'Agarbattis' measured in kilograms with specified permissible inputs (natural essential oils/aromatic chemicals and jigat) subject to CIF value caps linked to FOB export value. Applicants must ensure that imported goods correspond to and are actually used/required in the export product, thereby conditioning import entitlement on input-use conformity.
