Savitaben Ramanlal Dahyalal Shah, Sarvajanik Hospital, Ambasan, District Mehsana, Gujarat,' managed by a specified trust. Initially approved for three years starting from the assessment year 2003-04 and extended for two more years from 2006-07, the project is now further extended for three years beginning with the financial year 2008-09. The approved project cost remains Rs. 63.75 lakh, including a corpus fund of Rs. 28.00 lakh.
