Anti-dumping duty extension on titanium dioxide maintained pending review by notification amendment for a further period. The Central Government, exercising statutory review powers and in pursuance of the implementing rules, amended the prior notification to insert a provision that the anti-dumping notification on Titanium Dioxide from the People's Republic of China shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the stated expiry date unless revoked earlier, thereby extending the effect of the duty pending completion of the review.
