of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Hexamine Imports from Iran Until March 16, 2009, Pending Review Completion.</h1> The Government of India has amended the 58/2005-Customs notification dated June 30, 2005, concerning the anti-dumping duty on Hexamine imports from Iran. The designated authority initiated a review on February 29, 2008, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and requested an extension of the anti-dumping duty for one year from its expiry. Consequently, the Central Government has extended the duty's validity until March 16, 2009, unless revoked earlier, to allow for the completion of the review process.
