of <h1>India Withdraws Anti-Dumping Duty on Vitrified and Porcelain Tiles Under Section 9A, Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 111/2007-Customs, dated October 26, 2007, which rescinds the earlier Notification No. 96/2005-Customs dated November 16, 2005. This previous notification had imposed an anti-dumping duty on all imports of vitrified and porcelain tiles, excluding vitrified industrial tiles. The rescission is made under the authority of Section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules, while preserving actions taken prior to this rescission.
