of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese and UAE Tiles for One Year Pending Review Under Customs Tariff Act 1975.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 67/2007-Customs, amending Notification No. 73/2003 to extend the anti-dumping duty on imports of vitrified and porcelain tiles, excluding vitrified industrial tiles, from China and the UAE. This extension is for one year from the original expiry date, pending the completion of a review initiated by the designated authority. The amendment ensures the continuation of the anti-dumping duty until May 1, 2008, unless revoked earlier, as per the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and related rules.
