This decision follows a preliminary finding that these imports were sold below normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The duty, effective until February 1, 2007, applies to all types of POY classified under tariff items 5402 44 00 or 5402 46 00, with a specified duty amount of 486 USD per metric ton. The duty is payable in Indian currency, with the exchange rate determined by the Ministry of Finance.
