This decision follows findings that Para cresol was being exported to India at below normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The duty, equivalent to the difference between a specified amount and the landed value of the goods, applies to imports from any country if originating from or exported by China. The duty is effective from March 24, 2003, and is payable in Indian currency.
