of <h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duty on NBR Rubber from Taiwan to Protect Domestic Industry Under Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> This notification announces the imposition of an anti-dumping duty on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) originating from or exported by Taiwan. The Designated Authority concluded that NBR was being exported to India below normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. Consequently, the Central Government, under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, has imposed an anti-dumping duty of 6288 Rupees per metric tonne on NBR from Taiwan, effective from November 2, 1999. The duty applies to all exporters, including the specified company from Taiwan.
