The duty addresses findings that EPDM rubber was exported to India below its normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The duty is calculated based on the difference between specified amounts per metric tonne and the landed value of the imported rubber. The amounts are set at $2819.16 for M/s. JSR and $2933.47 for M/s. DSM and other exporters. The duty is payable in Indian currency, with the exchange rate determined by the date of the bill of entry.
