of <h1>Amendments to Customs Notification: Serial Numbers 3 and 4 Omitted for Anti-Dumping Duties on Specific Chemical</h1> The Central Government has issued amendments to the notification No. 117/2003-Customs concerning anti-dumping duties on D (-) Para Hydroxy Phenyl Glycine Methyl Potassium Dane Salt. Exercising powers under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules, the amendments involve omitting Serial Numbers 3 and 4 and their related entries from the original notification. These changes are effective from September 29, 2006, and apply to the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, except for actions already undertaken prior to this amendment.
