The amendment involves changes to the table entry for Sr.No.509, inserting the figure '98' in column (6). Additionally, a new condition, No. 98, has been added, allowing seafood exporters registered with the Marine Products Export Development Authority to import goods for processing seafood products for export. The import value must not exceed 1% of the previous financial year's FOB export value, with certification required from the authority.
