of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Extended EPCG Benefits, New Poultry & Dairy Export Incentives, Simplified Procedures for Third-Party Exports.</h1> The Annual Supplement to the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 introduces amendments to several schemes, including EPCG, DFRC, DEPB, and Advance Licensing. Notable changes include extending benefits under the Vishesh Krishi Upaj Yojana to poultry and dairy exports, and allowing goods under the Served from India Scheme to be transferable within group companies. The EPCG Scheme now offers longer export obligation periods for agro units and reduced obligations for fast-track companies. The Advance Licensing Scheme exempts certain duties and expands eligibility. Additionally, the DEPB Scheme is extended, and new incentives are introduced for the marine sector. The circular provides procedural simplifications and clarifies third-party exports.
