....he Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide G.S.R 118(E), dated the 1^st March, 2002, namely :- In the said notification,- (i) in the Table, against Sr.No.509, in column (6), for the sign "-" the figures, "98" shall be  inserted; (ii) After condition No.97 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted namely,- "98 If,- (a) the goods are imported by an exporter of sea-food products for use in processing  sea-food products for export and the said exporter is registered with the Marine Products Export Development Authority; (b) the total value of the goods imported shall not exceed 1% of the FOB value of exports of sea-food products exported during the preceding financial year; and ....
