Initially approved for three years starting in the 2009-10 financial year, the project is now extended for an additional three years, covering 2012-13, 2013-14, and 2014-15. The approved cost remains unchanged at Rs. 10.55 crore. This extension follows a recommendation by the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare, confirming the project's proper execution.
