of <h1>Govt Extends BEE ENN Charitable Trust's 80-Bed Hospital Project Eligibility Under Section 35AC for 2010-12</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of a project by BEE ENN Charitable Trust for constructing an 80-bed General Hospital at Talab Tillo Road, Jammu, under Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially recognized in 1994, the project has undergone multiple extensions, with the latest approval covering the financial years 2009-10, 2010-11, and 2011-12. The project remains unchanged in its approved cost of Rs. 238.88 lakhs. However, due to the lapse of the 2009-10 financial year, no certificates under Section 35AC can be issued for that period.
