of <h1>India Lifts Anti-Dumping Duty on Maleic Anhydride Imports from China, Chinese Taipei, and Indonesia per Notification 113/2010-Customs.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 113/2010-Customs, dated November 1, 2010, which rescinds the previous Notification No. 105/2008-Customs, dated September 18, 2008. This action removes the anti-dumping duty that was imposed on Maleic Anhydride originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, and Indonesia. The rescission is enacted under the powers granted by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules, while preserving any actions taken under the previous notification before its rescission.
