of <h1>India Revises Tariff Values: Brass Scrap Set at $4132/MT, Other Goods Unchanged per Notification 90/2010-Customs (N.T.)</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 90/2010-Customs (N.T.), amending Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) dated August 3, 2001. This amendment pertains to the fixation of tariff values for certain goods, including crude palm oil, RBD palm oil, crude palmolein, RBD palmolein, crude soybean oil, and brass scrap. The tariff values for these goods remain unchanged, except for brass scrap, which is set at 4132 USD per metric tonne. This notification is published in the Gazette of India and is effective from October 16, 2010.
