of <h1>India Rescinds Customs Notification No. 38/2010; Updates Anti-Dumping Duties Assessment and Collection Procedures</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, issued Notification No. 83/2010-Customs on August 20, 2010.
