of <h1>India Withdraws Anti-Dumping Duty on Copper Clad Laminates from Several Asian Countries After Final Findings Reveal No Injury Link.</h1> The Central Government of India has withdrawn the anti-dumping duty on Copper Clad Laminates imported from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand. Initially, provisional duties were imposed following preliminary findings that these imports were below normal value and caused material injury to the domestic industry. However, final findings revealed no causal link between the dumped imports and the injury to the domestic industry, as other factors were responsible. Consequently, the notification imposing these duties has been rescinded, with the withdrawal effective from the date of this notification.
