<h1>Central Govt Extends Integrated Rural Development Project in Pune to 2012-13; Cost Rises to Rs. 1219.80 Lakhs.</h1> The Central Government has extended the 'Integrated Rural Development Project' by an organization in Akurdi, Pune, for three years starting from the financial year 2010-11 to 2012-13. Initially notified in 1992, the project has undergone several extensions and cost revisions. The estimated project cost has been increased from Rs. 821.80 lakhs to Rs. 1219.80 lakhs. The National Committee for the Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare recommended this extension, confirming the project's proper execution. The notification amends the previous cost allowance under Section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
