of <h1>Customs Notification 15/2010 expands Project Imports benefits under section 157 to digital cinema, monorail and agro projects</h1> Notification No. 15/2010-Customs, issued under section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962, amends the Project Imports Regulations, 1986. It substitutes the description at Serial No. 3E to cover 'Digital Cinema development projects' and 'Digital head end project.' It further inserts new Serial Nos. 3F, 3G, and 3H to extend project import benefits to monorail projects for urban public transport (sponsored by the concerned State Government), mechanized food grain handling and pallet racking systems in mandis and warehouses for food grains and sugar (sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture), and specified cold storage and processing projects for various agricultural and allied produce (sponsored by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries).
