This decision followed findings that the product was being dumped in India at prices below its normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. Initial provisional duties were imposed in 2000, and following a Sunset review, definitive duties were extended and modified in 2006 and again reviewed in 2009. The review confirmed continued dumping and injury to the domestic industry, leading to the imposition of modified anti-dumping duties effective until June 30, 2011. The duties are calculated based on the difference between specified amounts and the landed value of the goods.
