of <h1>India Revokes Notification No. 62/2009-Customs on Anti-Dumping Duties Per Section 9A of Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 128/2009-Customs dated December 2, 2009, which rescinds Notification No. 62/2009-Customs from June 15, 2009. This action is taken under the authority of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission is effective except for actions already undertaken prior to this notification.
