of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Melamine Imports to April 2010 Under Notification No. 107/2004-CUSTOMS</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has amended the anti-dumping duty notification No. 107/2004-CUSTOMS concerning imports of melamine from China. Initially imposed in 2004, the anti-dumping duty was extended until October 1, 2009, and is now further extended to April 1, 2010, unless revoked earlier. This decision follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, to assess the continuation of the duty to protect domestic industry from dumped imports.
