Notification extends section 35AC tax-exempt status for the Mohan Foundation's 'Multi Organ Harvesting and Sharing Network in India' for a further three-year period at the approved project cost, based on the National Committee's recommendation; however, because the initial year of the extension has already elapsed, donations collected in that elapsed year are excluded and no exemption certificates under section 35AC(1) will be issued for that year.
