of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Polystyrene from Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan Pending Review Completion</h1> The Government of India has extended the anti-dumping duty on Polystyrene imported from Japan, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, and Taiwan. This decision follows a review initiated by the designated authority, as per notification No. 14/47/2002-DGAD, which requested the extension of the duty for an additional year pending the review's completion. The extension is formalized through an amendment to the earlier notification No. 88/98-Customs, dated November 17, 1998. The amended notification will remain in effect until June 29, 2004, unless revoked earlier.
