of <h1>Central Government Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Lovastatin as per Section 9A, Rule 13 of Customs Tariff.</h1> Notification No. 10/99-Cus., dated January 29, 1999, issued by the Central Government, rescinds Notification No. 93/98-Cus. concerning lovastatin originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China. This action is taken under the powers granted by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, in conjunction with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, which deal with anti-dumping duties. The rescinded notification was originally published on November 24, 1998, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
