of <h1>Customs authority sets uniform Rs.10 fee for various customs document services, amendments, certified copies, cancellations</h1> The competent customs authority amends the 1970 notification under powers of the Customs Act to replace the fee table for customs document services, prescribing a uniform fee of Rs.10 for specified actions including amendment or supplementation of import/export manifests and shipping bills, supply of certified copies of bills of entry and other customs documents (when requested before certain orders), amendments to vessel name and other particulars in shipping bills, amendments to port clearance and outward entry applications, supplementation of short-shipment notices, and cancellation of documents.
