of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Pure Terephthalic Acid Imports from Korea, Thailand, and Indonesia by Three Months</h1> The Government of India has extended the anti-dumping duty on Pure Terephthalic Acid (PTA) imported from Korea RP, Thailand, and Indonesia. This extension, effective from February 10, 2003, is for an additional three months, pending a review initiated by the designated authority. The original duties were imposed under notifications No.13/98-Customs and No.99/2000-Customs, which have been amended to change the expiration date from February 20, 2003, to May 20, 2003. This measure is in accordance with the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules for anti-dumping duties.
