of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty Imposed on Pure Terephthalic Acid from Korea RP; Effective Until November 2002 Under Notification No. 99/2000-Customs.</h1> This notification, dated 11th July 2000, imposes an anti-dumping duty on Pure Terephthalic Acid imported from Korea RP, as per Notification No. 99/2000-Customs. The duty addresses findings that imports from Korea RP, Thailand, and Indonesia were below normal value, causing material injury to the Indian industry. The duty, effective until 20th November 2002, is set at $16.07 per metric tonne for Samsung Petrochemicals Co. Ltd. and $17.04 for other exporters. The duty is payable in Indian currency, with the applicable exchange rate determined by the date of the bill of entry under the Customs Act.
