of <h1>Imported goods must be recorded 'for transhipment' in import manifest; 'port or airport' replaced with 'station'</h1> Regulation 3(b) is amended to require that imported goods be recorded in the import manifest or import report expressly as 'for transhipment' to any customs station, thereby making such manifest/report notation a statutory condition for transhipment. Regulation 3(d) and its proviso are amended to substitute the term 'station' for 'port or airport,' thereby broadening or clarifying the locus language so that obligations and permissions in that clause apply to any customs station rather than being limited to ports or airports.
