of <h1>Government Rescinds Notification No. 91/2001-Customs Under Section 9A and Rules 18, 20 of Customs Tariff Act 1975</h1> Notification No. 112/2002-Customs, dated October 10, 2002, issued by the Central Government, rescinds Notification No. 91/2001-Customs, dated September 7, 2001. This action is taken under the authority of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, in conjunction with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted prior to this notification.
