This decision follows findings that these imports were sold below normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The duty rates are set at 110.64 USD per metric tonne for imports from Germany and vary for Korean exporters, with rates of 248.35 USD and 679.19 USD per metric tonne. This duty is effective until January 30, 2002, unless extended or revoked, and must be paid in Indian currency based on the exchange rate at the time of entry.
