of <h1>India Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duty on Polyester Yarn from Turkey and Korea; Notification No. 98/2002-Customs Issued</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 98/2002-Customs, dated 12th September 2002, announcing the rescission of a previous notification (No. 131/2001-CUSTOMS) concerning the imposition of anti-dumping duty on Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) of polyester from Turkey and Korea RP. This action is taken under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules regarding anti-dumping duties. The rescission does not affect actions taken prior to this notification.
