This decision follows findings that these imports were priced below normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The anti-dumping duty will be calculated as the difference between a specified amount per metric tonne and the landed value of the imports. The duty applies to both bulk and packed Isopropyl Alcohol and is effective until August 21, 2002.
