of <h1>Indian Government Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duty on Partially Oriented Yarn from Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia per Notification No. 16/2002-Customs.</h1> The Central Government of India, under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and associated rules, has issued Notification No. 16/2002-Customs dated February 8, 2002. This notification rescinds the previous Notification No. 42/2001-Customs, dated April 12, 2001, concerning the imposition of anti-dumping duty on Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) originating from or exported from Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted prior to this change.
