Rescission of anti-dumping duty on Vitamin C withdraws the prior notification while preserving prior actions. The Central Government rescinds the notification imposing anti-dumping duty on Vitamin C (Notification No. 159/2003-Customs) by exercise of powers under the Customs Tariff Act and the Anti-dumping Rules, withdrawing the earlier notification as of 16 June 2009 while preserving things done or omitted to be done before rescission.
