Amendment to the grievance and complaint handling regulations substitutes the definition of complainant with a cross-reference to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and replaces Form A with such format as notified by the Board. It also omits Form A from the principal regulations, aligning complaint filing with Board-notified formats rather than a fixed prescribed form.
