of <h1>India Withdraws Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty; Final Duty Enforced from October 3, 2001, per Customs Tariff Act 1975.</h1> The Central Government of India has rescinded the provisional anti-dumping duty imposed under Notification No. 64/2001-Customs, dated June 14, 2001. This action was taken under the authority granted by the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules. The withdrawal of this provisional duty coincides with the imposition of a final anti-dumping duty, effective from October 3, 2001. The rescission does not affect actions taken prior to this withdrawal. This notification was issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and documented under Notification No. 100/2001-Customs.
