<h1>State trading enterprise status for Urea imports through Indian Potash Limited extended under the foreign trade policy framework.</h1> Import policy condition for Urea under ITC(HS) Code 31021010 is amended to extend the State Trading Enterprise status of Indian Potash Limited for import of Urea on Government account till 31.03.2027. The effect is that import of Urea of agricultural grade on Government account may continue through Indian Potash Limited, subject to the Foreign Trade Policy framework governing imports by State Trading Enterprises.
