Delegation of industrial relations powers to union territory administrators under national code, subject to presidential control. Delegation authorises the Administrators and Lieutenant Governors of specified Union Territories to exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the appropriate Government under the Industrial Relations Code, 2020, subject to the control of the President and until further orders, and supersedes earlier specified notifications except as to prior actions.
