of <h1>RBI Executive Director added as ex-officio member in Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority composition; notification entry amended.</h1> Serial number 3 of Notification S.O. 1647(E) dated 2 May 2016 is amended by substituting the existing entry with an ex-officio membership position for an Executive Director of RBI. This change alters the notified composition of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority by replacing the earlier listed member at serial number 3 with the specified RBI officer category, thereby making that Executive Director the ex-officio member for the purposes of the Authority.
