<h1>Export Policy Condition 9 (Chapter-2, Schedule-II) requires MEDF remittance proof for specified bovine meat exports from 29 October 2025</h1> Central Government amends the Foreign Trade Policy to add Export Policy Condition 9 under Chapter-2, Schedule-II (Export Policy) of ITC(HS) 2022, requiring exporters of specified chilled and frozen meat products to submit proof of remittance to the Meat Export Development Fund (MEDF) operated by APEDA. The condition applies to specified HS codes for bovine meat (boneless fresh/chilled and frozen) and bovine edible offal (including tongues and livers). The measure takes effect from 29 October 2025, permitting exports of the listed products only upon evidence of MEDF remittance.
