of <h1>DGFT amends Appendix-3 (SCOMET List) of Schedule-II ITC(HS) 2022; changes effective 30 days after notification</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix-3 (SCOMET List) of Schedule-II (Export Policy), ITC(HS) 2022, pursuant to powers under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act and relevant Foreign Trade Policy provisions; the revised list, aligned with multilateral export control regimes, is annexed to the notification and will be published on the DGFT website under Regulatory Updates. The amendment will enter into force 30 days after issuance to provide a transition period for stakeholders; prior SCOMET notifications are noted for reference.
