of <h1>Central Government amends SCOMET Appendix-3 of Schedule-II (Export Policy) ITC(HS) 2022; changes effective 30 days post-notification</h1> The Central Government has amended the SCOMET list in Appendix-3 of Schedule-II (Export Policy) of the ITC(HS) 2022 to align with multilateral export control regimes; the revised list will be published on the relevant trade authority's website and will take effect 30 days after the notification date to allow transition time for industry stakeholders. The amendment updates export control classifications and obligations under existing foreign trade policy, and replaces prior SCOMET notifications.
